After our initial contact, our franchise support team will e-mail you our Non-disclosure and Confidential Information Request Forms to complete. We will then set up a 30-minute introductory call with Marketing and Sales Director, Lauren Chatellier, who will tell you more about our best franchise opportunities and benefits.
Should you qualify to become a Face to Face Spa franchisee, we will provide you with our FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document), which describes the legal responsibilities, roles and requirements of each party should we decide to develop a franchise relationship together.
Once you receive the Franchise Disclosure Document, you will sign the Acknowledgement Receipt and return it to us by email. Acknowledging receipt in no way obligates you to purchase a franchise.
If both parties decide to move forward, we will invite you for a Discovery Day with our management staff at Corporate Headquarters, where you can learn more about what it means to be a Face to Face Spa franchisee and see our operations firsthand.
We will notify you of our decision following a final review of your application and visit. Pending acceptance of both parties, we will also conduct a credit and background check.
Once we have offered you a Face to Face Spa franchise, you can sign the Franchise Agreement, pay the initial franchise fees and begin the actual process of owning a Face to Face Spa. This exciting process will include territory selection, business plan development, site selection and comprehensive training in preparation for your Opening Day!
